Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:  We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Morty's Munchies.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, please return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or credit to your account.  Items returned without original receipt will receive store credit.  If item is damaged, opened or soiled Morty's Munchies reserves the right to accept the return for a store credit in lieu of a full refund.  Morty's Munchies reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion.  Email us at info@mortysmunchies.com with any questions.

To start a return, contact us at  info@mortysmunchies.com.  An order placed online can be returned to our store at the address below. We will gladly accept returns for a full refund with receipt and in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Between 30 and 60 days, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Please allow 2 weeks for processing and the credit for your items to be applied to your account. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.

While we wish they were, no toy is completely indestructible. All returns, including toys, must be in new condition to receive full credit.  Many of our vendors have satisfaction guarantees.  We encourage you to check with us even if your return is not in new condition.

 
SALE ITEMS:  All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
