At Morty's Munchies, we're excited to deliver a little happiness to your dog's doorstep! Please review our shipping and fulfillment policies before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. Certain specialty or seasonal products may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Morty's Munchies offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Certain oversized, overweight, or shipping-restricted products may be excluded from this promotion. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, available shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information on our website. However, product availability may occasionally change before an order can be fulfilled.

If an item in your order is out of stock or backordered, we will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout to discuss available options.

Depending on availability, we may offer:

• A substitution with a comparable product, subject to your approval.

• A refund for the unavailable item.

• The option to wait for the original item to become available, when appropriate.

We will not substitute products without your approval.

If an unavailable item cannot be fulfilled, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If an order cannot be fulfilled within the promised timeframe, we will provide the options and refunds required by applicable law.

Frozen & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Frozen pet food and other products requiring frozen transportation are not available for shipping.

Frozen products are available for purchase at our retail location and may be eligible for local pickup when that service is offered.

Other temperature-sensitive or perishable products may have shipping restrictions to protect product quality and safety.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered for eligible online orders at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio retail location.

When available, customers may select local pickup during checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving at the store.

Pickup availability and instructions will be provided during checkout or in your order notifications.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at info@mortysmunchies.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, we request that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
