Shipping policy

 

We know your pup wants the treats ASAP so we will ship orders as quickly as possible.  Our homemade treats are baked in small batches to be sure you're getting fresh treats! 

 

GROUND SHIPPING - All in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days.  We ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail and UPS Ground.  Delivery time with these services varies depending on distance and how busy they are.  You should receive tracking information for your order.  If you do not, please contact us.   

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

FREE SHIPPING DETAILS - Free shipping applies to ground shipping only for the contiguous United States for orders totaling $79 before taxes and after discounts.

SHIPPING OF FROZEN AND OVERSIZED ITEMS - Sorry, we do not currently ship frozen products and large items such as crates and carriers. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA & HAWAII - Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional cost.  We will notify you immediately if there are any additional costs associated with shipping.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDER - If the product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder we will contact you with an estimated shipment date of the backordered item or suggest a replacement item. Occasionally issues may arise that lead to an unexpected backorder situation and we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that this issue exists.
